Praxair Surface Technologies, Inc., Indianapolis, IN, and TAFA Incorporated, Concord, NH, have expanded special powder development capabilities at its Indianapolis facility. The addition of new powder processing equipment extends the customized powder development capabilities to include argon inert gas atomization; agglomeration techniques, including spray dunking; casting and cladding methodologies; high temperature sintering (in vacuum or atmosphere); and specialized blending and sizing.
