Linn High Therm GmbH, Eschenfelden/ Bavaria, purchased the know-how and production plants for high temperature insulating materials from Kanthal. For the production of the fibers, the company purchased shares in the Utenos Elektrotechnika company in Utena near Wilna/Lithuania. The company shares bought will be excluded and renamed ZLU Thermoinsulation Materials. In addition, an advisory committee was appointed to safeguard the transition.
