The integrated system is for use with small, production vacuum heat treating furnaces or other furnaces requiring water cooling and direct heat rejection to the atmosphere. The system is built from off-the-shelf components and primarily consists of a Gould Model 1STIG2A4, 30 gpm, 60 psig centrifugal water pump, a Modine Model RDR0516 automotive type radiator (for 350 block Chevrolet) capable of rejecting 75 kW/hr continuously, a McMaster Carr fan model Valu-cool driven by a 1/4 hp motor rated at 4200 cfm, and a U.S. Plastic 200 gallon reservoir tank.
