Bohler-Uddeholm North America, Rolling Meadows, IL, has sold Uddeholm Heat Treatment located in New-market, Ontario, Canada, a division of Bohler-Uddeholm Thermo Tech, Inc. to Bodycote International, plc. The facility, which is equipped with continuous belt line and batch type furnaces, has been owned and operated by Bohler-Uddeholm for nine years. The Bohler-Uddeholm Thermo Tech, Inc. facility in Mississauga, Ontario, will continue vacuum heat treatment operations.
