The Blue M vertical oven and customizable product Auto-Handler can accommodate a wide variety of products in customer boats, trays, magazines and other product transport systems. These systems provide a true PC-controlled CIM solution when integrated with bar coding/scanning and site host communications link. The ten thermal zone vertical configuration optimizes in-line process performance with a 16 set point thermal profile capability for greater thermal flexibility. Active Cooling is provided for safety and reduces time between operations. Each thermal zone is plumbed for inert gas purge, which results in a robust thermal processing system.
