Forty standard models (custom sizes available), gas-fired (direct or indirect) or electrically heated, are available with maximum ratings of 800, 1250 and 1400 F. Heavy plate construction provides good insulating qualities with minimal through-metal, resulting in cooler shell temperatures, better uniformity and reduced operating costs. The oven has a vertical lift fiber-backed door, high-capacity blower with fully adjustable supply ducts and return plenum, which ensures even flow. Each unit is factory adjusted and tested at temperature prior to shipment and includes WATCH DOG(r) management system.
