Tuthill Vacuum Systems (TVS), Canton, MA, has signed a joint venture project with Shanghai General Valve & Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd. The newly formed company will be called Shangai Kinney Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd. and will allow TVS to market its products more effectively into China and other Asian countries. Shanghai Vacuum Pump Works (SVPW), under Shanghai General Valve & Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd., will learn more modern manufacturing methods and expand their product offerings within China and through export channels.
