The AirHeat Version 2.00 burners offer improvements in the reduction of CO emissions, especially at low fire, staying below TA-Luft requirements over a 9:1 turndown range. Currently available in straight configurations up to four feet in length, these burners can be direct spark ignited up to 900,000 BTU/hr/LF. Aluminum castings eliminate the need for special corrosion resistant manifolds, and the burner does not require low-fire bypass air, eliminating the attendant piping and check valve. Pressure taps for gas, air and chamber simplify set-up, and mounting dimensions, flame lengths, and turndowns make retrofitting a straightforward operation.
