The TrueLINET series of low pressure sensors is cased on cross-coupled dual solid state sensing elements. The ICXL series now extends pressure ranges and performance capabilities of silicon pressure sensors to 0.035 psi (1" H20) full scale. Using the TrueLINET technology, zero pressure errors are virtually eliminated. Five part types are available in the ICXL family with pressure ranges from 30" H2O down to 1" H20. Typical outputs are 20 mV when used with a 12 volt supply. Static accuracy is better than 0.25% full scale.
