Jeffrey W. Boswell has acquired the majority interest in SECO/WARWICK Corp. and has been named president and CEO.

Jeffrey W. Boswell has acquired the majority interest in SECO/WARWICK Corp. (Meadville, Pa.; http://www.secowarwick.com) and has been named president and CEO. The minority shareholder in the company is SECO/WARWICK Ltd. Poland, originally established in 1989 as a joint venture, headed by president Andrzej Zawistowski. Paul Huber, past president and CEO, has been elected chairman of the board and will remain active with the company. Mr. Boswell most recently was vice president of the company. He joined SECO/WARWICK in 1978 as a project engineer in the furnace sales department.
