The Series 4000 temperature controller is designed to meet the needs of most thermal processing applications. It includes 25-turn setpoint pots (optional second setpoint alarm pot is available), adjustable bandwidth and manual reset that eliminates offset error, choice of standard outputs for energizing output devices and 3-mode PID. Setpoint features include Set I or Set II (optional) momentary switch displays, 25-point pot provides 1 or 0.1 resolution calibration (range dependent), Set I-adjustable over full span and Set II-process alarm (-E) adjustable over full span. All units are cULus-compliant. Units are also available as FM-approved limit controllers.
