The UDC3200 universal digital controller is built on the same platform as the recently released UDC2500 controller and delivers higher-level functions in the one-quarter DIN size while retaining the reliability, cost effectiveness, simplicity and screen design of other Honeywell controllers. It monitors and controls temperature, pressure, flow, level and other process variables in applications such as furnaces, ovens, environmental chambers, packaging machinery and plastic processing machines. The UDC3200 has 2 universal analog inputs with a typical accuracy of ±0.20%. Configurable math functions enable the controller to be used for ratio and feedforward control applications and in thermal processing applications to control variables such as carbon potential and oxygen.
