The HilcoR quench-oil reclaimer is featured in a product information sheet from Hilliard Corp., Elmira, N.Y. This filtration system, which features flow rates of 4 to 8 gal/h (15 to 30 gal/h), removes moisture, dissolved gases and particulates from oil-base quenchant. Water removal eliminates foaming and fire hazards.
