Thermcon Ovens B.V. (Geldermalsen, The Netherlands), a member of the Otto Junker Group of companies, completed a contract for Taiwan Hodaka Technologies in Tainan, Taiwan for its new casthouse that produces specialty alloy extrusion billets for high tech products. Thermcon supplied a tiltable melting/casting furnace equipped with state-of-the-art regenerative burners and porous plugs for degassing. The furnace is also equipped with a STAS Rotary Flux Injector. Thermcon also supplied support for the layout of the plant, utilities and auxiliary rooms.
