Oil-free process piston and metal diaphragm gas compressors incorporate a field-proven compressor design required for on-site industrial-gas generation. The compressors feature standardized packages to reduce cost and lead-time; unlubricated cylinder design, which protects the purity of the gas; horizontally oriented cylinders for easy maintenance and assurance against liquid accumulation; and water-cooled cylinders for temperature control. The units are available in single- and multistage configurations with pulsation dampeners, process gas intercooler, and an integral lube oil system having a shaft-driven pump and oil filter.
