Astro Air has purchased a two-chamber CuproBrazeR furnace from SECO/WARWICK Corp., Meadville, PA, to produce CuproBrazeR products in their Jacksonville, TX, facility. The system was previously installed in SECO/WARWICK's technical center. The system features a two-chamber front loading furnace with a purging/cooling chamber and a convection heated braze chamber. The furnace is a compact design with an internal recirculation fan and a cooling blower that uses minimal floor space. Vertically mounted electric jacketed heating elements and ceramic fiber thermal insulation provides reliable service.
