Launched in June 2000, CoreMarkets (http://www.coremarkets.com) has emerged as a leading online commodity exchange for the trading of ferroalloys, bulk ores, and other raw materials for the steel industry over the Internet. The online marketplace offers both public and private trading environments, as well as a complete portfolio of value-added trade services. This deal marks the third partnership within the steel industry for bolero.net. Earlier this year, two other metals exchanges, Ferrous Exchange and EMETRA integrated the Bolero System for international trading.
