More than 5,000 new data additions and revisions are included in the third edition of The Metals Red Book from ASM International, Materials Park, OH. It now contains more than 500,000 pieces of metals data from American and European standards covering plate, sheet, strip, castings, forgings, bar, wire, pipe, tube, and fasteners for aluminum, copper, nickel, titanium, zinc, tin (solders), precious metals, zirconium and cobalt alloys. Also listed are more than 1,200 American standards (ASTM, UNS, SAE/AMS, MIL, FED) and international specifications (CEN, DIN, BS, JIS, AFNOR, ISO) cross-references are listed.
