Inter-Power Expands Coil Repair Capabilities with Second Facility

Inter-Power Corp., Almont, Mich., opened its second induction heating coil repair facility. Plant 1, the new facility, is located in Sterling Heights, Mich. Plant 2 is located in Niles, Ohio. Both will operate under the name Interpower Induction Services Inc. The facilities build and repair coils for induction heating applications, including forging coils, melting coils, pipe heating coils, bar and bar end heating coils, integral quench coils, helical wound solenoid coils, single and multi-turn coils, brazing coils and scan hardening and gear hardening coils.
