Surface Roughness Measuring Machines
February 19, 2006
Mitutoyo America Corp.
The Surftest® SV-3000 CNC surface roughness measuring machines are engineered around a column-moving mechanism that virtually eliminates load capacity limitations. The machine's large measuring envelope (800 mm °- 500 mm °- 200 mm) and long-stroke probe arm are designed to accommodate sizable, heavy workpieces such as crankshafts, heads and blocks, and camshafts as well as other powertrain components. The long reach of the probe arm also enables measurement of multiple cross sections and waviness over a wide range. A standard I/O connection allows for the use of common transfer and safety devices and standard fixtures. It is constructed to attenuate vibriation and minimize measurement deviations attributable to machine deflection while SURFPAK® software provides advanced functions and analysis.www.mitutoyo.comInfo # 271 orwww.IHadinfo.cc
