TR-100 and PD-100 friction- and wear-testing machines offer two wear-testing geometries: block-on-ring and pin-on-disk, respectively. Ruggedly constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, their vibration-damped bases occupy minimal bench space. Each machine comes with a set of calibrated loading weights and a variable speed drive with a tachometer display. The friction force-measurement package, available on both machines, includes an instrumented loading arm, a conditioner/amplifier with digital read-out, analog signal out-put connections, and a force calibration kit.
