Inductotherm Corp., Rancocas, NJ, has acquired Hi T.E.Q., Inc., of Miamiburg, Ohio, a manufacturer of molten aluminum processing systems for melting, degassing, filtration, and molten metal transfer. Hi T.E.Q. will continue to operate as a separate company within Inductotherm's Furnace and Technology group, which serves the foundry and die casting industries. The acquisition will allow Hi T.E.Q. to market its products through Inductotherm's international subsidiaries in North and South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe.
