Rath Performance Fibers

The AltraT Composite System (ACS) is a modular insulation system designed for use in furnace applications at temperatures to 3180F (1750C). ACS modules are used as linings in laboratory and process batch and continuous kilns and furnaces. The ACS uses vacuum formed, preshaped, tongue and groove boards (for side walls) and suspended board modules for roofs (hanging roof). The modules provide design flexibility due to their thinner walls and smaller footprints, and they eliminate the need for arched roof construction.
