Crankshaft Inspection System
November 11, 2002
American Stress Technologies Inc.
The crankshaft inspection system is an off-line audit inspection system that monitors residual stress from manufacturing processes and detects grinding damage and some heat-treatment qualities. The unit requires manual loading and unloading from the test piece. A sensor scans the ground surfaces, and test information is sent to a ROLLSCAN central unit.
