The LX-31 inverted metallurgical microscope uses brightfield observation. Objectives of 5x, 10x, 20x and 50x come standard on a 4-position revolving nosepiece. Optional objective magnifications are available. The coaxial coarse/ fine focus handle allows easy focus adjustment without switching hands. The 10_ eyepiece (F.N. 20) offers greater inspection efficiency, clear observation images and a broad range of magnifications. The LX-31 features a solid cast aluminum frame and a standard trinocular video port, field and aperture diaphragms, and coaxial mechanical stage with 4.0 in. x 2.5 in. (100 x 63 mm) of stage travel.
