Nanjing Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd. (NISCO) selected Stein Heurtey, associated with its Chinese joint venture company, SH/MECC, to supply a 240 t/h reheating furnace. VAI (UK) will supply the continuous caster and hot rolling mill and Siemens will supply the electrical power distribution and general automation of the plant. The furnace will be used for NISCO's Steckel Mill Project.
