Model RT radiant tube oven is engineered to reduce oven wear, improve cycle times, reduce energy costs and provide more uniform heating. By using a radiant tube, users get the benefit of convection and radiant heat. The stainless tube is located under the roll-out cart and extends from the front of the oven to the back wall. Heat from the tubes results in a heat extraction efficiency in excess of 90%.
