As a result of a management buy-out completed in April 2002, the Hotwork combustion activity of Dyson Hotwork Limited has been transferred in its entirety to a new company, Hotwork Combustion Technology Ltd. (HCT) based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, England. The acquisition covers the Hotwork Engineering, Hotwork Services, Hotwork Burners, Spares & Hardware divisions, together with all current business and all associated intellectual property. All members of the staff associated with the above divisions have been transferred to HCT, leaving the company structure essentially unchanged.
