SECO/WARWICK Delivers Aluminum Brazing Furnace in India

Banco Products (India) Ltd. has purchased a SECO/WARWICK "ACTIVE Only(R)" semi-continuous controlled atmosphere aluminum brazing furnace.

Banco Products (India) Ltd. has purchased an "ACTIVE OnlyR" semi-continuous controlled atmosphere aluminum brazing furnace for its facility in Gujarat, India from SECO/WARWICK Corp., Meadville, PA. The system is designed to braze aluminum heat exchangers of various sizes. The indexing furnace system features a 90 in. x 55 in. x 12 in. load area that can be loaded with various aluminum products and fixtures. The heat input for the convection muffled furnace will be provided by high velocity, natural gas burners. The muffle design provides increased temperature uniformity across the load and increased temperature response time while still maintaining overall muffle durability and strength. The PC/PLC AccubrazeR control system uses advanced technology to maintain the proper parameters for tight process requirements, as well as being user-friendly for the operator. An in-line dry-off oven has been incorporated into the system to eliminate the need for a separate conveyor/drive control to save both cost and maintenance.
