EXO-SET UNO is a cost-effective remedy for use in refractory applications-from complete installations to fast repairs and quick shape production. Easier to use than two-component systems, the product performs like a phosphate-bonded plastic refractory, yet installs as easily as a castable. It is water activated and can be installed by casting, trowelling or tamping, and sets in about two hours. EXO-SET UNO air cures for immediate bake-out and readily bonds with existing refractories.
