Tucker Induction Systems

Adapt-A-Change system of modular coil assemblies is designed having a separate interchangeable inductor and quench assembly allowing for application flexibility, easy coil change, and cost savings compared with other induction heating coils. Because the quench and coil are separate, precision-formed tubing can be used for single-turn and two-turn scanning coils. A bus section that mounts to the output transformer of an induction power supply accepts coils that bolt in place. The system also can be equipped with a ratchet-type clamp for rapid, boltless coil changes. Single-shot, single-turn, and multiturn coils can be attached.
