Rapid temperature box furnaces are available with atmosphere options of nitrogen, argon, oxygen, and hydrogen. The unit includes a seam-welded inner shell and water-cooled door seal, as well as a standard fiber insulation package for fast temperature ramping up to 3270F (1800C) to ensure atmosphere control. Oxygen levels can be held as low as 100 ppm in inert and reducing atmospheres. Chamber sizes range from 6 in. x 6 in. x 6 in. to 16 in. x 16 in. x 16 in. The furnaces are configured with programmable control and recipe storage, an independent over-temperature control standard, and fan cooling of element terminals.
