The Type 8712 mass flow controller (MFC) incorporates CMOSens(tm) technology, enabling sensing of the smallest amounts of gas flow. It outputs measured values with accuracy of +/-1% of reading and +/-0.5% full-scale. Linearity is +/-1% full-scale. Repeatability is +/-0.5% full-scale, while maximum operating pressure (inlet pressure) is 10 bar (145 psi), depending on nominal valve diameter. Fieldbus communications capabilities include PROFIBUS- DP and Device-Net. The unit features an output signal of 0-5 V, 0-10 V, 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA.
