Ceramic Powder Paper Type CPP is a tissue paper-like combination of a single layer of ceramic powders uniformly dispersed within an organic carrier. Once heated, the powder is left evenly distributed where it is needed. CPP is now being produced in compositions of Al203, MgO and other ceramic formulations. High-quality raw materials are brought together in a new process capable of near continuous production of CPP in thicknesses down to 0.025 mm (0.001 in.). CPP exhibits an average area weight of close to 34 g/m2 (3.2 g/ft2). LOI is 30%. The paper is available in a variety of sizes including 100 mm (4 in.) wide x 100, 150 and 300 mm (4, 6 and 12 in.) long. It also is available in single piece rolls of up to 6 m (20 ft) long.
