Specially-formulated Super(r) elements have a broader range of use in specific applications and atmospheres. Hot Rod(r) elements and Crusilite(r) elements-now available with the Globar(r) line of SiC elements-offer greater high-temperature coverage. Kanthal's FeCrAl alloys are recognized throughout the industry, and a new formulation APM alloy tube delivers improved form stability with virtually no scaling for bundled rod configuration temperatures and power densities beyond those of Ni-Cr alloy tubes.
