The addition of the SUPER2T and SUPER3T tuning technology increases the temperature control of the Green Series controllers. With SUPER2T, a furnace operator can tune the appropriate proportional integral derivative (PID) functions on an empty furnace and expect fully tuned, precise control after the furnace is loaded, which saves run time and does not risk a tuning "bump" with load in the furnace. The SUPER3Tcontroller automatically accommodates set point changes and delivers precise control eliminating the need to re-tune or set up PID zones. This feature makes controller set-up faster and simpler and delivers more precise control during operation.
