The standard 4 ft wide x 8 ft long x 4 ft high (1.2 x 2.4 x 1.2 m) quick quench drop bottom furnace offers aluminum solution heat treat processing with increased temperature uniformity and tight temperature tolerances (I5F at 1100F or 3C at 590C). The furnace accommodates loads up to 4,500 lb (2050 kg) and can be customized to fit into restricted shop locations. The furnace offers rapid quench capabilities (seven seconds or less). Its mobile quench tank is self-propelled and automated, eliminating the risk of operator error.
