The gas-fired rapid heating furnaces are designed for reheating steel parts prior to forming, bending, punching and upsetting. Rapid heaters can be used to heat the complete part, one end or part center. The furnaces are highly efficient, and fast heat up minimizes parts scaling, similar to induction heating.
