CIC Pittsburgh LLC (Carnegie, Pa.), a builder of industrial furnaces, acquired the intellectual property and inventory of Olson Furnaces Inc. (West Alexander, Pa.). Olson Furnaces was owned by Harry Olson, who retired last year. Olson Industries, a furnace company founded by Harry's father, Oscar Olson, is not affected by this acquisition. CIC Pittsburgh specializes in furnaces for galvanizing, heat treating and steel reheating, and will continue to offer service and support to all existing Olson Furnace customers.
