The Furnace Tracker System has been upgraded to allow real-time monitoring. A data logger with a built-in transmitter is placed inside a stainless steel thermal barrier to protect the logger from high temperatures during the survey. Instead of the thermocouples being attached to the product itself to monitor heating and cooling, the system is sent through the furnace with the workload. The barrier can also be placed into a fixture that holds the thermocouples in a typical 9-point survey pattern. InsightT software is available with a complete automatic 2-p uniformity report.
