The Sequoia vertical batch process machine (VBPM) is designed for the process requirements of research and light industrial applications and has a small footprint that allows for maximum utilization of production space. An integral control platform supports standard desktop PCs, allowing for easy access to operator interface through the use of MRL's Matrix software package. The VBPM delivers true zone refining capability with up to eight zones of control. High purity insulation materials are used throughout for uniform temperature, while energy-saving end-blocks and collars maintain a clean process environment.
