Waukee Engineering Co., Milwaukee, Wis., has acquired Furnace Control Corp., a developer and manufacturer of carbon/oxygen probes and atmosphere control systems. The two companies will continue to operate as independent entities, co-operating when their combined expertise might better serve customers. Andy Melville, co-founder and driving force behind the success of Furnace Control Corp., will remain in charge of operations.
