Harper Creates Service Group

Harper International Corp., Lancaster, NY, has created a commissioning startup and after sales service group within its engineering and project management department. The group consists of both new hires and seasoned professionals that are well versed in various aspects of Harper technology and field problem solving skills. The group will consist of process engineering specialists, mechanical engineers, and electrical and programming professionals, aided by an experienced field execution and startup crew. The group has been created to assist the company's customers in project execution and to enhance and strengthen its presence and contributions during the final phase of the project. The group will then continue to assist customers on an ongoing basis, providing after sales service.
