Comdel, based in Gloucester, Mass., announced its European operations has moved to a modern, fully equipped 11,000 square foot facility in Hampshire, England, to meet the increased demand for production, R&D and testing capabilities. The new facility has been designed to include additional space for an R&D lab, testing area, and expanded office space. The office also has installed a telecom and computer network system to offer virtual 24-hour support for customers, as well as offering faster technical support features. The expanded facility consists of a 9,000 square foot workshop area comprising a machine shop, application lab, repair, assembly and test areas. In addition to the research lab, a second lab will be dedicated to customer application trials.
