Aeronex Sells Gas Purification System to Quantum Photonics
January 14, 2002
AeronexR, San Diego, Calif., sold an Infinity gas purification system (GPSR) to Quantum Photonics, Jessup, Md., to purify nitrogen in the manufacturing process. The Infinity GPS-300-I (for inert gases) is used to provide a continuous supply of purified gas for contaminant-sensitive processes. It removes gaseous contaminants such as water, oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons to sub ppb (part-per-billion) levels.
