(Tulsa, Okla.), a processor of steel plate using laser cutting, plasma and oxyfuel burning, braking and rolling, drilling and machining, and welding. The company also acquired the assets and business operations of Dura-Loc Roofing Systems Ltd. (with manufacturing facilities in Toronto, Ontario, Canada). The Dura-Loc acquisition provides the Building Products Group of Metals USA with the ability to manufacture and distribute stone-coated metal-roofing products to the eastern half of North America.
