High-Temperature Ceramic Adhesive

Ceramabond™52 is an advanced, single-part, alumina-filled ceramic adhesive that provides exceptional adhesion to ceramics and metals used in applications to 3000°F (1650°C). This easy-to-use, dispensable adhesive is also a water-based, environmentally safe material that contains no volatile organic compounds. After setting at room temperature and curing at 200°F and 500°F each for two hours, respectively, it is resistant to most acids, solvents, fuels and molten metals. Ceramabond 552 has many other high-temperature uses, including electrically insulating sensors, high-power resistors, gas igniters, and impellers and degassers used in molten-metal processing.
