Nucor Corp. announced that they have completed the sale of the assets of their Nucor Wire Products Pennsylvania facility located in New Salem to an affiliate of Wire Mesh Corp. Nucor acquired the facility in October 2007 after purchasing the assets of Nelson Steel Inc.  Nucor is continuing to produce wire and wire-mesh products at facilities located in Utah, Connecticut and Laurel LEC Operations in Canada.
