Heat Exchanger

The Thermo-T™ tubular heat exchanger recovers energy from processes with temperatures up to 2000°F with up to 80% effectiveness. Built to handle high temperatures and corrosive environments, Thermo-T can be constructed with a variety of materials to best suit your application. Welded construction prevents cross-contamination, and integral thermal-expansion joints allow the heat-exchanging tubes to expand in high-temperature applications without causing excessive stress to the unit. Numerous configurations and airflows from 3,000 SCFM to 30,000 SCFM ensure Thermo-T’s adaptability. Thermo-T is also available with options to facilitate cleaning, including access doors and an integral water-wash system.
