Ipsen will
install a new 2-bar TurboTreater® at ACT Independent Turbo Services’
facility in Houston, Texas. This enhanced vacuum furnace has a work zone measuring
48 inches wide x 48 inches high x 72 inches deep with a gross load weight
capacity of 6,000 pounds. The TurboTreater comes equipped with a 35-inch
diffusion pump to handle outgassing of braze binders; 2.5-inch-thick graphite
hot-zone insulation pack with a carbon-composite hot face that minimizes downtime
and requires less maintenance; and intuitive controls that provide repeatable
results and advanced data acquisition.
